wjones	86e41f4f6f	Enhance modularity and add comprehensive XML documentation ... Refactored the codebase to introduce new modular assemblies, including Jellyfin.CodeAnalysis, Jellyfin.Data, Jellyfin.Database.Implementations, and Jellyfin.Extensions, along with their debug symbols and detailed XML documentation files. Added GlobalSuppressions.cs to formalize code style rules. Updated build outputs for MediaBrowser.Common and MediaBrowser.Model, and included dependency manifests.
