wjones	5b098c3818	Update publish profiles and .gitignore for Windows build ... Expanded .gitignore to cover more build artifacts. Updated publish profiles to use "Windows Deployment (Bridge)" and changed publish URLs to "Jellyfin-win". Cleaned up old profile user files and added new Windows deployment profiles.
